Standard Line Options

The DacEasy Standard Line of forms are quality, professional pre printed forms personalized with the customer's company information. Pricing on the standard line includes five lines of business information. Other options such as the customer's company logo, extra printing, or colored ink are available for an extra charge. Custom Logos

Standard line forms can be personalized with your company logo, or the you can choose from our many stock logos, for a one time set up fee of $20.00. This fee applies to each form you would like their logo printed on, but is a one time fee; your logo will be printed free of charge on reorders. To have your own logo printed on a form, you must send in BLACK AND WHITE CAMERA READY ART with the your order, or if that is not available, we can usually print from a clear black and white sample of a current form that the logo is printed on such as an envelope or letterhead. If you would like to submit your logo by e-mail, you can do so after starting the order with one of our representatives. Art must be created or scanned as a bitmapped image in any of the following formats: Tiff, Targa, Jpeg, Gif, Bmp, Pcx. Image should be black and white, and 400 dpi resolution. If you have the option to convert the image to a line art file, the file size will be greatly reduced. Any art submitted should be as close to necessary size as possible.

Color Options

Most of our Standard line forms are available in either Business Blue and Gray, or Rich Maroon and Gray. For Standard Line Checks, a third choice of Green and Gray is now available. These color options are included in the Standard Line Price.

NOTE: Older version of DacEasy, or programs from our "Light" or "Instant" software lines have specific forms available, and color choices may be limited. Contact DacEasy Forms if you have any questions about forms availability for you version of DacEasy!

Colored Ink

For a final custom touch on the customer's forms, they can have their company's information and logo printed in a special ink color chosen from the examples below. Black ink is the standard choice, and is no extra charge. Custom ink is available for a fee of $35.00.

Printer Formats

All DacEasy forms are available in both Continuous Style (for dot matrix, tractor fed printers), or Laser Style (for single sheet feed printers, such as inkjet, laserjet, or deskjet printers). Continuous Style forms are available in both Seven inch short format, and Eleven inch long format.

Standard Line Pricing

Prices on all Standard Line products include five lines of your company's information imprinted in black ink. Optional charges are as follows:

Extra Lines of printing - $10 per line
Custom Ink Color (imprint and logo) - $35
Custom Logo - $20 (one time charge - logo is free on reorders)
Reverse Collation for Laser Printer Style checks - $10

Shipping costs vary by destination, size of form and number of parts. State sales tax is only applicable for the following states:

Sales Tax will be added for orders shipped to the following states at the rate indicated:

Georgia 7%
Texas 8.25%

Prices for Standard Line Checks

Accounts Payable Checks, Payroll Checks, and Multi Purpose Checks compatible with our Windows and Dos (ver 4.3 and later) programs.
