DacEasy Checks

Checks for your DacEasy program are available from either our Select Line or our Standard Line of forms. Checks are available in payroll, accounts payable, or multi-purpose formats Choose the format of check that best suits your needs. For a sample check form, see us at the Forms department.

All DacEasy checks include Security Features that meet or exceed industry guidelines!

All checks pictured here are continuous style forms. If the check image to the right of the description has a border, you may click on the image to see a laser printer style version of the check.

Payroll Checks

These checks feature easy to read design that identifies employee's earnings and deductions. Available in continuous or laser style, in both single and multiple copies. Payroll style check formats will vary for the following program versions:

DOS Version 3 through 4.1 - continuous form only

DOS Version 4.2 - continuous form, or single part laser form

DOS Version 4.3 through Windows Version 10 - continuous or laser, single or multi part

Payroll for Windows Version 1 through Accounting & Payroll 95 - continuous form, or single part laser form

Instant Payroll Version 1 - continuous form, or single part laser form

Accounts Payable Checks

Reference each invoice on the check voucher so your vendor can credit your account accurately. Available in continuous or laser style, in both single and multiple copies. Most versions of DacEasy Accounting use the same format of check, however not all versions will support laser, or multi-part laser forms.

DOS Version 3 through 4.1 - continuous form only

DOS Version 4.2 - continuous form, or single part laser form

DOS Version 4.3 through Windows Version 10 - continuous or laser, single or multi part

Accounting for Windows Version 1 through Accounting & Payroll 95 - continuous form, or single part laser form

Multi-Purpose Checks

New multi-purpose style checks can be used as payroll or accounts payable checks to save time, money, and space. Available in continuous or laser style, in both single and multiple copies. Multi-purpose style checks are not available for all versions of DacEasy.

DOS Version 4.3 through Windows Version 10 - continuous or laser, single or multi part

Accounting and Payroll for Windows Version 1 through 3 - continuous form, or single part laser form

Continuous Check-On-Check

These voucherless general purpose checks can be used with DacEasy Instant Accounting, or Accounting & Payroll 95.

Invoices

These attractive Invoice forms will enhance your company's image with their professional design and bold color choices. Each style of invoice will have all the information necessary for your customers to clearly understand charges. Choose from two basic invoice types to fit your company's needs.

Product Invoice

These invoices are perfect for a product related industry, and are available in continuous or laser printer styles.

Continuous style is available in long (11") or short (7") format, and in 2, 3, or 4-part forms.

Laser printer style is available in long (11") format only, and in 1, 2, or 3-part forms.

Continuous and laser forms are available in both normal or condensed printer setting formats.

NOTE: Older DOS versions (Version 3 through 4.2), Instant Accounting, and Light Checkbook Accounting use specific invoice forms, so be aware of your program name and version number when ordering.

Service Invoice

Use these forms for your service related business, or to sell products along with your services. These invoices are also available in continuous or laser printer styles.

Laser printer style is available in long (11") format only, and in 1, 2, or 3-part forms.

Continuous and laser forms are available in both normal or condensed printer setting formats.

Order Entry Forms

Envelopes

Single window envelopes with security screening on the inside are available for either checks or forms. Your company's return address will be pre-printed. Check envelopes will fit any of the three check formats, and forms envelopes will work with any DacEasy business form.
