Select Line Custom Options

Our select line of forms are designed to give your company the best image possible for any business correspondence. Options available depend on the type of form ordered. A first time order will include a charge of $35 for the set up time of your form. This is a one time charge, and will not be included on future orders of that form. Some specific requests, such as printing on the backs of forms, custom blended inks, and imbedding of logos in a background screens on your form, will also have special charges. Custom Colors

Any of our select line forms can be printed in the colored ink of your choice. Our catalog lists prices for both one and two color printings. If more than two colors are desired on a form, please call us, and we will quote you a price.

Standard ink choices are as follows:

Any shade of custom Pantone or PMS ink can be recreated for a fee of $45 from a sample mailed to us. Custom colors and multiple color printing will increase the time it takes to print your order by one to three days, depending on the complexity of the forms, so plan ahead when ordering.

Custom Logos

Choosing the DacEasy Select Line of forms allows for beautiful reproductions of the most detailed logos in the Custom Ink Color of your choice. Placing your company logo on your forms is included in the first time set up charge. We just need a sample of your current art as either a black and white CAMERA READY SLICK -or a good clean sample of your logo from a current form you use, such as envelopes or stationary. For multi-color logos, COLOR SEPARATED CAMERA READY art is preferred. Our stringent printing methods for the select line means that logos with fine lines, shading, or screening are no problem.

Custom Check Options

Checks are available in Payroll, Accounts Payable, or Multi-Purpose formats, ready to be customized by you. Simply choose your favorite border, background design, and safety paper style.

These specially printed paper stocks work as an extra security feature. The colored patterns can't be copied, and the printing comes off the page leaving a noticeable smear when someone tries to use an eraser on the check

Select Line Pricing

The DacEasy Select line gives you options for any customization necessary on our forms. This customization can include re-wording or rearranging parts of the form, adding art as a special screened background image, extra parts, column blackouts, etc.

Form and Check prices on this page include printing in one or two ink colors, and covers the cost of your custom logo. Check prices also include your choice of Safety Papers, Custom Borders or Pantograph Backgrounds.

Extra charges on select line purchases are as follows:

• Custom PMS Color match - $45
• Your logo as a Pantograph Background - $45
• Your logo as a step and repeat background - $65
• Proof - $50/per item
• Back Printing of terms or other text - $60/any number of parts
• Extra Ink colors - Varies, call for pricing
• Set Up Charge - $35/ first time each item is ordered

Sales Tax will be added for orders shipped to the following states at the rate indicated:

Texas	8.25%
