 Password Problems


Question: My password doesn't work. I don't have my password or I forgot my password

Answer: How do I reset / change my password?

You can change your password by going to www.DacEasy.com and clicking the "edit my profile" link under the DacEasy Passport section on the navigation bar.

Then click the "Reset Password" link on the DacEasy Passport Login page. You will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and your new password. After you submit this information, DacEasy will e-mail you with a link to activate your password change.

This e-mail includes a link to "turn on" or activate your account. You must click on this link to finish the change / reset password process! Many customers will see this link highlighted in blue in the center of their e-mail and can simply click on it.

Others (including AOL and Compuserve users) will need to copy the link and manually paste it into their web browser to complete the process. (Directions on how to copy and paste are below.)


Directions on how to Copy and Paste: Find the activation link in the e-mail. It will look similar to this:

  • Highlight your personal activation link by moving the mouse in front of the text, press and hold down the LEFT mouse button and drag the highlighted area over the entire link and release.


  • Now with the link highlighted, click the "Edit" menu on your browser tool bar and select "Copy".


  • Move your mouse to your browser's address window click in the window and go back to the "Edit" menu, click "Paste". You should now see the link entered in you browser's window, click "Go" or "Enter" to proceed.


  • DacEasy will ask you for your new password, enter it and you should now be able to login to Passport.
