technicians via toll-free phone lines and email. These plans are sold in one hour,
two hour and unlimited time segments. With access to the DacEasy Knowledgebase, special extended hours and one-business
day turnaround on emails, these plans are designed to be your most effective way
to get more productivity out of your software.
All Support Plans are good for an entire year or for the time limit (whichever comes first) and include the following benefits:
- Toll-free phone access - You'll get priority response on a toll-free
line so you don't pay for the phone call, you only pay for the
support you use.
- Extended hours - With your membership, you have longer hours of service to call and get your questions answered. For ClientCare members, the phones are open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday (all hours are Eastern Standard Time).
