As a ClientCare member, you'll have toll-free priority access to DacEasy technicians. Toll-free access means that you don't pay the phone charges, you only pay for the support you use. You also get extended hours, so you can talk to a technician when it's convenient for you.

On-line, Any Time

Members of ClientCare have access to  the DacEasy Knowledgebase, an on-line knowledge base capable of searching for the answers you need 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, you may choose to send us an email. Your question will be answered within one business day.

Local Support from a DacEasy Certified Consultant

Find local support in your area by accessing our Certified Consultant Directory, a listing of independent consultants who trained through a certification process on DacEasy's products. The product(s) / version(s) they support are listed under each consultants name. In addition, each consultant may provide a variety of services, including installation, training, on-site or phone support, software upgrades, DacEasy Forms, on staff CPA's and others. Please contact the consultant closest to you for complete information on which services they provide. If you do not find a Certified Consultant in the your area, please feel free to call us at: 800-305-2556 for additional names.
