We have got feedback about some minor bugs on DacEasy Accounting 2009, and therefore release
a bug fix for all user who encounter these bugs. Please note that this update is available on
our web site http://www.daceasy.com.hk and no time limit for download.
有發現中英文介面的版本出現少許錯誤,
因此敝公司即時推出更新,
此更新會持續在本公司網頁供隨時下載,
沒有時限.
Note: Only appear on Chinese version.
祇有在中文介面的版本才出現以下問題
Bug #1: Aging report header, where Account Receivable was translated
as 應付帳, and Account Payable was translated as
應收帳. All figure are correct but the header was
wrong.
在帳齡報表的抬頭處,
將Account Receivable 錯譯為
應付帳, 將Account Payable
錯譯為 應收帳,
數字內容沒有錯誤
Note: Appear on Both Chinese and English version.
祇有在中英文介面的版本出現以下問題
Bug #2: When reports are exported as Excel file, e.g. Account
activities report, the date format in dd/mm/yy is sometime, shown as
mm/dd/yy. 顯示日期,
部份顯示為 月/日/年,
應該是 日/月/年
How to update your program 更新方法
1. Backup data first, just in case
請先將資料備份,

2. Download patch files ( 4 files as stated in step 4.C)
下載更新檔案, 共 4
個, 詳情如 4.C
3. Copy and override original files
將下載之檔案覆蓋原有檔案
4. Steps
A. Only if you run your system using Chinese Interface, go to step
B.

才需要依以下更新

Note: Network Version user should download files for network
version.
Please select the correct
Language of your DacEasy too.
下載時注意版本
網絡版一定要下載網絡版的AC150409N.ZIP (產品序號
WA15Bxxxxx)
C. Total 4 files will be updated 共有 4 個,
名稱如下
dea15.exe
ac15.exe
dea-3.dll
DEoffice.dll
Copy the first 3 files to folder \Daceasy\ac
請將前 3
個覆蓋資料夾\Daceasy\ac
Copy DEoffice.dll to folder \Daceasy\common 將 DEoffice.dll
覆蓋 \Daceasy\common
Confirm override old file
當系統要求你確認覆蓋時,
請回答 "是"
D. After the copy process, check the report again. All bug should be
fixed.
完成以上抄覆蓋舊案,
再印出有關報表,
問題即可解決
