DacEasy Preferred Reseller Program

PROGRAM SUMMARY

The PRO Program is designed for the VAR who is selling, supporting or using DacEasy products. Each PRO is provided with total support, from pre-sales questions to ordering forms. By joining the Preferred Reseller Organization, you are entering into a close- knit, highly motivated, professional selling association.

DISCOUNT STRUCTURE

The discount structure is provided to all members of the reseller program as long as active reseller status is maintained.

Retail Product & Upgrade Sales Authorization.

Retail & Upgrade products discounted off the manufacturer suggested retail price.

Forms Sales Authorization.

Forms sales authorization is given to PROs at a discount.

Quarterly Volume Rebate.

A quarterly volume rebate is provided to all DacEasy resellers as a reward for special sales volume achievements. A volume rebate of 8% is given at $1,500 and 15% rebate at $3,000 for software purchases made during each quarter.

Product Evaluations.

Access to full-working not-for-resale product evaluations at 85% off the manufacturer suggested retail price is provided for all active reseller members. Limit of one copy per version, per location.

Orders on Account.

DacEasy offers net 30 day terms to all PROs with an approved credit application and current account status.

JOINT TRADE SHOW PARTICIPATION

DacEasy will participate with resellers in pre-approved trade show and user group events. DacEasy will provide 50% of the booth fee, up to $300, anytime you exclusively represent DacEasy at a local trade show. Marketing materials / collateral will be supplied based on show attendance.

TOLL-FREE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

DacEasy provides the highest level of assistance with one of the best support staffs in the software industry. Well-trained product specialists are available to promptly answer your questions. Technical Support will be provided to PROs for up to 2 hours via an 800 line.

PROs can access the password protected private PRO forum to get up to the minute product news, company bulletins, software and editor downloads, product brand logo downloads for marketing pieces, conversion information and much more.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTIONS

Each reseller will receive the PROspective that is sent monthly. The PROspective is produced for the resellers only. It provides information regarding upcoming product releases, special in-house promotions, up-coming events, etc. Also, PROs receive the quarterly Solutions newsletter to keep up-to-date on technical tips and reminders, end-user offers/specials.

DESIGNATED DACEASY ZONE MANAGER

A toll-free reseller hotline is available to PROs. This line will connect you to your dedicated zone manager who will provide you with the pre-sales support you need to build your business.

SALES AND MARKETING MATERIALS

Product literature, reviews and point of purchase materials are available upon request. Camera-ready artwork is also available for your own advertising efforts.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEE

The annual subscription fee is $300. The annual fee will keep your status up-to-date and allow you to receive the benefits and discounts listed above.

Certified Consultant Program
Program Summary

The Certified Consultant Program is a nationwide network of independent computer consultants who are required to pass our comprehensive examination process. Each consultant is certified on the implementation of our DacEasy product and represents our exemplary commitment to customer service and support. If you are interested in becoming a DacEasy Certified Consultant, please call 800-222-8778.

To be eligible to become a Certified Consultant, you must become a DacEasy PRO (Preferred Reseller Organization). See PRO Program sheet for details. The Certified Consultants Program provides nationwide training and consulting resource for DacEasy customers. The program is available to those who successfully pass our product exams, become re-certified on new versions through testing ($50 per product) and attend the Business Development Conference at least every other year. The enrollment fee is $250 per product and includes the benefits listed below.
