Clicking on Kathy Eaton brought up the Edit Customer window with
Kathy Eaton's record pulled up for you. From here you could
send them an email or produce a publisher quality past due letter to
mail.
As you can see, the new INSTANT REPORTS makes getting to your
data much easier and more intuitive because the data is presented to
you as you determine you want more detail.
