Saving Money Using DacEasy Accounting and Payroll

When I first started working for Kentucky Service Company in December
1994, they had been in business 26 years. They were doing over one
million dollars in sales and they were doing all of their accounting
manually. The first thing I did was purchase a computer; then, I
called DacEasy for Accounting and Payroll software.
We use DacEasy to the fullest. Although every portion of the program
is valuable to us, we use Accounting's Billing Module the most.
After the first year, DacEasy has saved uncountable amounts of money
in human errors alone. When we kept our books manually, we couldn't
keep complete track of our freight charges. Using DacEasy, nothing
gets lost - saving us thousands of dollars a year. I can now find
whom to pay and when so fast I can use my time to get other things
done that used to take me days.
Two weeks ago, our auditor stopped by for a visit we expected to
take hours. He was here for only 10 minutes. Because every report
he wanted could be printed in minutes, he was completely impressed
with our software. Everyone from the president down is extremely
happy with the smooth transition that DacEasy has provided; but
no one could be happier than me.
