DacEasy Introduces New Version of Small Business Products

New Features Make Version 12 Even More Intuitive

DALLAS, TX June 3, 2002 — Today DacEasy announces the release of DacEasy Version 12, designed to help small businesses access and manage their financial data more easily than ever.

DacEasy Version 12 offers a number of improvements upon its existing functionality as well as the addition of new features to bring added insight and ease of use to its small business customers.

• AutoPay/Payables Reminder: DacEasy customers can now pay vendors with point-and-click ease, saving time on this regular task by combining several steps into one simple process.
• AutoComplete: Helps small businesses fly through filling out forms by completing the information automatically based on previously completed forms.
• Alerts: Notifies DacEasy customers of urgent activities and displays them conveniently on one screen; then E-mail Alert can e-mail the appropriate contacts so they can respond.
• AutoReverse Payroll: DacEasy customers no longer have to re-enter data from the original payroll- they can simply select the payroll they want to reverse and AutoReverse takes care of the rest!
• AutoApply: Makes entry of vacation and sick time faster by automatically determining the time needed to complete an employee’s pay.
• Crystal Reports for DacEasy: Addition of Crystal Reports for DacEasy as an add-on reporting tool makes report writing more powerful and intuitive.
